A witches costume

 For my Halloween photos 2025.

The blouse is new, synthetic lace, but the dress is made from all thrifted materials or things from my stash. Even the six plastic bones in the bodice are recycled from an old gown.

The outer fabirc of the gown is two syntheitc taffeta curtains with machien embroidery and sequins. The lining fabric is a thrifted bed sheet. Two layers, for stability.

I made the pomegranate tiara in the first three photos for my Persephone costume in 2022

The cloak was made a couple of years ago from fabric from a friend's grandmother. I used it for my Halloween photos in 2023

The hat is from a piece of thick wool,remnants from my Regency riding habit.
