Not much of a costume, I'm wearing a black tunic that used to belogn to my ex and a cloak, a head band with antlers and a mask. But I am rather fond of the headband, mask and cloak, which I made myself.
The antlers are roedeer, mounted on a thick leather band. Really thick, sole leather for medieval shoes. The cloak is a slippery viscose that was a gift from my friend Amanda and is mostly gathered at the neck, tohough it has some gores to make it wider at the bottom.
The mask is a paper mask. I made the beak with papier mache, glued feathers on the mask, and painted the owls eyes on it. It is inspired by the description of Herne the Hunter in the "The Dark is Rising" series.
I had covid, so we didn't even walk up to our usual playground for photos, but took the photos just below our house in a slope.
