I have this tradition of taking photos to make (virtual) christmas cards from. Most of these are either pin-up style, or just cute, but at least this one can be categorised as fantasy.
The crown is the Air crown, with felt snow flakes sown on to it. The dress is made from stretch velvet with glitter on it, and I am also using a glittery mesh fabric with snow flakes on it that I haven't made something of yet, as a shawl/cloak in some of the photos.
The light blue cloak is made from a thrifted wool mix twill and likewise thrifted white cotton velvet.
We are standing on a frozen lake. And yes, I went on the bus with my snow false lashes and glittery make-up.
On a hill by the lake. This is where I usually go swimming.
